I was given twin/double room with a work desk, flat-screen TV, and a dining area. It was exceptionally comfortable and the beds were comfortable. Location: the hotel was adjacent to supermarkets and motorway, bars and restaurants & bars.
Was all great.

For the value, I got more than enough with a clean basic room, fresh towels every day, and good air conditioning at Hostal Avila. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the city center and close to the beach. The staff was friendly and although they didn't speak English, it was a great opportunity for me to practice my Spanish.
Hotel breakfast could use a little improvement with more options.

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was tasteful and elegant, with beautiful paintings and antique furniture that gave it a nostalgic feel. The common areas were well-maintained and comfortable, making it easy for me to relax and socialize with other guests. As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The staff ensured that the corridors were clear and well-lit, and there were handrails throughout the hotel, making it safe and convenient for me to move around.
While the staff were polite and helpful, I would have appreciated more assistance specifically catered towards senior guests. It would have been nice if they could have provided information on nearby attractions suitable for older visitors or offered services such as organizing transportation for excursions.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Ocana for a short getaway. The hotel was just as shown in the pictures and the staff were friendly and informative. The location was perfect, close to the city center and with great food options nearby. My room had everything I needed, including a TV and AC, and the parking was available for a small fee. It was also a dog-friendly hotel, which was a big plus. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and bars. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, like a TV and AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the complimentary WiFi and air conditioning. it was a comfortable and convenient stay.
The bathroom facilities could use some improvement. The shared bathroom had a slight odor and some customers didn't flush properly.

The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided, which was a nice touch. the shared bathroom on the corridor was also kept clean. the air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during the hot weather. the staff were friendly and accommodating, even though they didn't speak much English.
The shared bathrooms could use some updating, as they weren't in the best condition. the walls were quite thin, and I could hear my neighbors snoring at night.

I must admit, there were a couple of things that I did like about my stay at this place. the room was quite basic, but it was cleaned every day and I was provided with fresh towels daily as well. the air conditioning in the room was also a plus, especially during the hot summer nights. the location was pretty convenient, being close to the main attractions in the area and also having a small supermarket nearby.
There were also a few aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly enjoy. the shared bathroom on the corridor was in desperate need of an update.

The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a weekend stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with useful information about the area. The air conditioning and complimentary WiFi were excellent amenities, ensuring a comfortable and connected stay. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the main square and its many great tapas bars. We also appreciated the convenience of having a small supermarket nearby, as well as a petrol station across the road.
The shower and bathroom were in need of an update and there was no hair dryer available. the noise from the thin walls and snoring neighbor was quite bothersome.
